Effective date: August 16, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the BlitzBooking affiliate program. They supplement the BlitzBooking Terms of Service. Participation is subject to approval and may be paused or ended as described below.
1. Eligibility and approval
Affiliate participation is available only to individuals or organizations approved by BlitzBooking. Approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked if an affiliate violates these terms, applicable law, platform rules, or reasonable brand and anti-abuse requirements.
2. Referral links and attribution
Approved affiliates receive a unique BlitzBooking referral link or code. Eligible referrals are attributed according to the referral window shown in the affiliate dashboard or program settings. Self-referrals, fabricated accounts, duplicate or manipulated signups, and other attempts to manufacture commissions are not eligible.
3. Qualified subscription revenue
Commissions are earned only on eligible BlitzBooking subscription revenue actually collected and attributed to the affiliate. Clicks, leads, free trials, zero-dollar invoices, taxes, refunded amounts, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, credits, and other non-qualified amounts do not create a commission unless BlitzBooking expressly states otherwise. The commission rate and duration shown in the affiliate dashboard or written program offer control for that affiliate.
4. Holds, refunds, and reversals
Commissions may remain pending for a hold period before becoming payable. If the underlying payment is refunded, voided, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible before payout, the related commission may be reversed or voided. If an ineligible commission was already paid, BlitzBooking may offset it against future commissions where permitted by law.
5. Payouts and taxes
Payouts are made after applicable hold periods and minimum payout thresholds are satisfied, using a payout method BlitzBooking supports. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for their own tax reporting and tax obligations. BlitzBooking may request tax documentation when required before issuing a payout.
6. Marketing rules
Affiliates must market BlitzBooking accurately and lawfully. Affiliates may not send unlawful spam; make false income, product, pricing, or performance claims; impersonate BlitzBooking; create deceptive domains or social accounts; bid on BlitzBooking trademarks in paid search without written permission; use misleading coupons or discounts; or claim an official partnership beyond the approved affiliate relationship.
7. Privacy and customer relationships
The affiliate relationship does not give an affiliate access to the referred organization’s private BlitzBooking workspace, clients, calendars, communications, or business records. Affiliate reporting is intentionally limited to referral and commission information needed to administer the program.
8. Program changes and termination
BlitzBooking may change future program rates, attribution windows, hold periods, payout thresholds, eligible products, or other program rules with reasonable notice. Either party may stop participating. Commissions already validly earned before termination remain subject to the applicable hold, refund, fraud, and payout rules.
9. No employment or agency relationship
Affiliate participation does not create an employment, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship. Affiliates are independent participants and cannot bind BlitzBooking or make commitments on its behalf.
10. Questions
Questions about the affiliate program may be sent to info@blitzbooking.com.
