BlitzBooking (“BlitzBooking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides scheduling, client relationship management, communications, workflow, automation, client-journey, and related business tools. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you visit BlitzBooking websites, create or use a BlitzBooking workspace, connect an integration, or communicate through the service.
1. Information we collect
Account and organization information. We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization names, roles, profile information, login and authentication data, workspace settings, and support communications.
Client and business records. Organizations may enter client names, contact information, appointments, notes, tasks, household or relationship information, case and workflow information, forms, and other business records. The organization using BlitzBooking determines what information it enters and is responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use that information.
Calendar information. If a user connects Google Calendar, BlitzBooking requests the minimum Calendar permissions needed to provide scheduling features. These permissions are used to check busy/free availability and to create, read, update, and synchronize appointment events. BlitzBooking may store OAuth tokens, connected account identifiers, calendar identifiers, event identifiers, synchronization timestamps, and limited event data needed to operate the requested scheduling features.
Communications. If messaging is enabled, we may process email and SMS message content, delivery status, opt-in/opt-out signals, phone numbers, and conversation history so users can communicate with clients and maintain a business record of those communications.
Billing and payment information. Stripe processes BlitzBooking subscription payments and, where enabled, payments made to an organization’s connected Stripe account. We may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, payment status, amounts, connected-account identifiers, and limited billing contact information. BlitzBooking does not need to store full payment-card numbers.
Technical information. We may collect IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, log data, cookies or similar technologies, error data, and security/audit events to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure BlitzBooking; create and manage accounts and workspaces; schedule appointments; prevent booking conflicts; synchronize calendars; send requested communications and reminders; operate client journeys and workflows; process subscriptions and connected payments; provide customer support; detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents; maintain audit and delivery records; comply with law; and improve user-facing product features.
3. Google user data and Limited Use
BlitzBooking uses Google Calendar data only to provide user-facing calendar, booking, synchronization, and availability features that the user or their organization enables. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google Workspace API data to train or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Our handling of information obtained through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access to Google user data is limited to situations such as user-directed support, security or abuse investigation, legal requirements, or other circumstances permitted by Google’s policies.
You can revoke BlitzBooking’s Google access at any time through your Google Account security settings. Disconnecting Google inside BlitzBooking also stops future calendar synchronization for that connection.
4. SMS, email, and communications
Organizations are responsible for sending business communications only to recipients for whom they have the permissions and consent required by applicable law and carrier rules. BlitzBooking supports opt-out handling such as STOP/START where available. Service providers used to deliver communications may process message content and routing information solely to provide those services.
5. How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate BlitzBooking, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS/telecommunications, payment processing, security, analytics, and technical-support providers. We may also share information with authorized users of the same organization as directed by that organization’s settings, with a user’s consent or direction, to protect the rights and security of users or the service, in connection with a business transaction, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information or Google user data to data brokers or advertising platforms.
6. Data ownership and organization responsibilities
Organizations retain their rights in the client and business content they place in BlitzBooking. Organizations are responsible for their own privacy notices, professional and regulatory obligations, access permissions, data-entry practices, and instructions to their staff. If you are a client of an organization using BlitzBooking, that organization may be the primary party responsible for the business information it entered about you.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by data type and workspace status. Authorized organization users can manage or delete many records in the product. Requests concerning account deletion or data access may be sent to the contact address below. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, protected credentials/tokens, tenant separation, logging, and other security controls appropriate to the service. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or other controls over personal information. You can also manage notification preferences, revoke connected integrations, and use available account/data controls in BlitzBooking. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
10. Children
BlitzBooking is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Organizations that use BlitzBooking are responsible for determining whether and how they may lawfully collect information about minors in their own business workflows.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as BlitzBooking changes. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the effective date. If a change materially alters how Google user data or other personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
